With over 20 years of experience building teams and coaching them to succeed, I’m excited to utilize my 8 years of expertise in the financial industry to lead our retail mortgage division to open doors to home-ownership to the under-served borrower. I’m passionate about developing a team of people to guide our clients to accomplish their goals by capitalizing on our niche programs while providing exceptional service.

Kassandra Bellingar

I have been with FNBA for over two years and during my time here I’ve gained unmeasurable experience and knowledge in mortgages and Non-QM loans. I graduated from Michigan State with a Bachelor’s of Arts and it gave me a direct understanding of the importance of up-front and honest communication with clients. I pride myself in going above and beyond expectations to give my borrowers the easiest, pain-free mortgage experience that I can.

Eric Andrejack

I have over 8 years of mortgage industry experience involving both the conforming and non-conforming platforms as well as over 6 years of experience in the financial planning sector including business banking, and personal banking. My experience lends to my ability to help my customers navigate through hurdles and allows me to find creative solutions for any lending scenario. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. My goal at FNBA is to continue to use my education, knowledge, and experience, not only to help open doors to help achieve homeownership dreams, but also to use the home buying experience as a tool to set my clients and their families up for a better financial future.

John Layman

I have worked in the mortgage industry for ten years. I bring a passion to work that comes from the fact that I truly enjoy listening to peoples stories and then helping them accomplish their desire of home ownership. I am very skilled at recognizing a person’s unique situation and matching them up with the mortgage that works best for them. I am continuously looking for ways to improve the way that I do business that gives my clients confidence in their goals.

Becky Shinevar

I’ve been in the mortgage industry with FNBA for almost 30 years. I truly enjoy helping people and being able to provide them with mortgage solutions regardless of their situation. The experience that I bring to the table enables me to open doors for my customers when other lenders can’t or won’t. I am passionate about helping people and my role with First National Bank of America provides all the tools I need to find the right solution for you!

Everett Hurt

I’ve been originating mortgages since 2008 dealing with a broad range of products from FHA, VA, to Conventional and everything in between. I have an extensive knowledge of the industry and I’m also a real estate investor in my local community so I understand the general obstacles of being a business owner as well as the fears of being a first time homebuyer; I’ve been in those shoes personally and I “get it”. My goal is to educate my borrowers and make a huge process feel a lot less stressful from start to finish. At FNBA we have the tools and the talent to get the job done!
